Verse of the day...
Jesus got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters, the storm subsided, and all was calm. "Where is your faith?" he asked his disciples. Luke 8:24-25
Prayer....
When the air stirs about me, when the wind blows from all directions, when I cannot stand because of the pressure around me..I want to be a person of faith. My eyes peer toward the dark night, and I cannot distinguish shapes. There is so much left unknown. Yet my heart does not race and my mind does not doubt because I know where my faith is...it is in the hope of the moment, it is in the belief that the storm will pass, it is in the assurance that Your peace overcomes everything I will face. Amen~~
